Rather than turning its back on the water, this office tower fronts directly onto a public riverside promenade, with palm-lined paths and a pedestrian bridge threading beneath its base. Deep horizontal louvres wrap every office floor, cutting solar heat gain while giving the tower a quiet, textile-like rhythm against the sky. At street level the louvred skin lifts away entirely, opening the lobby out to the water and the path that runs alongside it.
