Seen against a low-rise city skyline, this tower is composed of two distinct volumes pressed together: one clad in a warm, ribbed stone-look panel, the other a taller, darker glazed shaft with a stone base that grounds it at street level. The split massing breaks up what would otherwise be a single uniform slab, giving the building two readable identities from a distance and a genuine sense of address at its entrance plaza below.
