This low-rise office building reads as a single glazed volume suspended inside its own exposed frame. The white structural grid steps forward and back across the façade, doing double duty as sun-shading and as the building's only ornament, while the glass skin puts the daily life of the office on view from the car park below. A cantilevered corner lifts the top floor clear of the entrance canopy, giving the otherwise compact building a sense of lightness disproportionate to its footprint.
